Store the equipment in a dry, cool location, preferably indoors. If outdoor storage is necessary, cover the equipment with a tarpaulin or other suitable waterproof covering, and raise the equipment off the ground on dunnage or pallets. Protect the equipment for dust, dirt, mud, moisture, snow, or ice, and sun.
